Asima Panda is an Indian singer who mostly sings Odia and Sambalpuri language songs. She is popularly known as the bubbly singer of Odisha. She is a resident of Dhenkanal town. She has sung over 500 albums and film songs. Most of her songs always trend in Odisha. Her flurry of hit songs made her famous all over Odisha. She is one of the most charged stage show performers in Odisha. She has also appeared in many of her music videos. Apart from music, Aseema also hosts many events.

She was born on 25th October 1992 in a Brahmin family in Dhenkanal city of Odisha. Her mother's name is Sujata Panda and her brother's name is Akash Panda. She belongs to a middle-class family. At Swaraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir Dhenkana, she did her schooling. She did her post-graduation (PG) in Odissi and Hindustani Music at Sambalpur University. 

She had an inclination towards music since childhood. At home, her cousins ​​used to learn music. Every time Aseema used to follow them. With them, she used to learn the Sargam and the notes of the song. She used to be only 4 years old at that time. Her father noticed her talent and encouraged her. He used to take Asima to all the singing competitions held in his city. She always took first place in all those competitions. Slowly her fame started increasing and she started getting opportunities.

In the city of Dhenkanal, a Bhajan Samaroh takes place during the Rath Yatra festival. There, big singers from outside come to give performances. In 2003, some members of the puja committee decided to give Asima a chance to sing bhajans. Due to which the big artists present there paid attention to her. Then composer Manmath Mishra gave her a chance to sing two bhajans from an album when she was studying in class VI. The album was released under the banner of Sarthak Music. Then later he also gave him a chance to sing for a film which was recorded in Kolkata studio. But unfortunately, the film could not be released. Then she got a chance to sing a song in the film Bande Utkal Janai When she was studying in Higher Secondary.

Then in 2011, she got a chance to sing the song "Fagu Fagu Aakash Thila". This song got huge success in Odisha, and technically she thinks this is her Debut song in her Singing career. Then she did not look back and brought a tsunami of hits.

Today Aseema Panda has a unique identity in the Odisha music industry. She has sung many hit songs with famous singers of Odisha. She has worked with many singers like Humane Sagar, Udit Narayan, Kuldeep Pattanaik, Bishnu Mohan, Satyajeet, etc. Aseema is the first choice of music directors like Premanand, Asad Nizam, and Abhijit Majumdar. Many more songs like Tofa Chandinire, Ea Phoola Kahathare, Helaki Prema, Tuma Oda Aakhi are included in her hit list.

Apart from him, she has worked with veteran artists like Uma, Ruku, and Suna Nil Sagar.
